    FAQ

    Traditional saunas generate heat through burning wood or using heat rocks. The Orion Embers generates heat through the use of far infrared light. The Orion Embers will not reach heat levels that can be attained through traditional saunas, but it will still be able to raise thermal temperature to induce sweating and the release of toxins.

    For those who are new to using the Embers, we recommend starting with a 15-20 minute treatment at a lower temperature setting to allow your body to adjust to the heat. As your body adjusts, you may increase the time and temperature spent inside a session. We recommend starting off with 1-3 sessions per week. As your body adjusts to the sauna, you may increase the duration of each session or the number of sessions per week.

    For the most comfortable experience, we recommend wearing long sleeves, long pants, and socks while in the blanket. We also suggest lining the blanket with a thick towel. This will help absorb any sweat released during your session and provide comfort while lying on top of the heat source.

    The Orion Embers includes a 30-day trial period. You can return your product for any reason (some exceptions apply) within 30 days for a full refund. Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial, which commences upon receipt of the product. Returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.

    We offer a 1-year warranty on the Orion Embers. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. During the warranty period, Orion RLT will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of products that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
